INFORMATION ON JOBWEEK 2018

Dear scouts,

We will be holding our Jobweek this year from the 10th to 12th of March.  Please take note of the following details and that Jobweek will not be held as a camp this year.

Information on Jobweek 2018

Dates:	Actual Dates 10 – 12 March 2018  (Saturday – Monday)   Each patrol is only required to report on only two days.	Replacement Dates 13 – 15 March 2018 (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)     These are the replacement dates for any scout who does not fulfill the requirements of either attending 2 days of Jobweek or hitting the patrol’s targets.
Duration:	0745 – 1630 hrs	0745 – 1630 hrs
Attire:	Year 2, 3 & 4s: Half Scout Uniform (PE Shirt, Scout Pants with SJI Scarf)	Year 1: PE Attire

INFORMATION FOR TRAINING ON 1 MARCH 2018 (THURSDAY)

Dear scouts,

Please take note of the following details regarding this Thursday’s schedule. We will be having our photo taking session on Thursday. Therefore, everyone is required to be in their full scout uniform (with lanyard for Year 4 scouts). The Year 1 scouts who have not been invested yet, are to report in their school uniform and tie.

Duration: 1500 – 1600 hrs

All scouts are to fall in at the foyer at 1500 hours in full scout uniform.

After the photo taking session, all the scouts who are involved in the upcoming campfire preparation are required to stay a little longer to proceed on with the preparations. The scouts involved in this will be the members of Blue Shark and Dolphin patrols, Dance Team, Music Team, Acting Team and Art Team.

Duration: 1500 – 1730 hrs [Only for those involved in campfire preparation]

INFORMATION ON SOUTH AREA CAMPFIRE 2018

Dear scouts,

Please take note that the South Area Campfire 2018 is taking place in our school. Every scout in the unit is required to attend this event. The details are as follows:

Date: 24 February 2018 (Saturday)

Duration: 1900 – 2045 hrs

Venue: Indoor Sports Hall, SJI

Attire: Full Scouts Uniform (SJI Scarf)

All scouts are required to fall in at 1830 hrs at the grass patch. Please ensure your uniform is in good condition and presentable as there will be scouts from other troops joining us in the event. Thank you.
