Dear Scouts,
Attached is a picture of 7 scouts who attended the ASEAN SCOUT YOUTH FORUM from the 13th to 15th of September at Raffles Institution. In this activity, they were worked in groups, with scouts from different schools, and had to engage in discussions relevant to Community Involvement programmes. The participants were given many opportunities to articulate their views and set action plans for self, local group and their country. They were able to learn many things through the discussions and made new friends on the way.
