Attached below is the consent form for the dragon boating event on the 16th of July. All scouts are to get it signed and passed to your interim PLs with $12 by Thursday. All PLs are to count all the money, collect all the forms and chase those that do not, no coins are allowed. Once all the forms and money have been collected and tallied. Place them in a zip-lock bag labeled with your patrol and hand in up to Murvin by the end of school on Friday. I apologize for the late upload of the form but please do get the money and signed forms and hand them to your PLs.
