Dear Scouts,
We would like to congratulate Kai Ming and Gabriel Yong for achieving the Chief Commissioner Award this year, after putting in so much of their effort and time striving for it.
The Chief Commissioner Award is a prestigious award only attained after achieving First Class Scouting Standard. It requires determination, great leadership skills and a driving passion in scouting. Thus, to have achieved this award, tremendous effort has to be put in. Once again, we would like to congratulate Kai Ming and Gabriel Yong for their achievement.
Let’s also work together to strive to achieve this award in the coming year.
