Duration: 0730 – 1400 hrs
To those going for normal training:
Attire: PT Kit
Training Duration: 0900 – 1400 hrs

Those taking part in open house, please remember to report punctually and ensure that your uniform is neat and tidy. To those coming down for normal training, I would like to apologise for the last minute notice and if you are unable to make it for training tomorrow, please inform your patrol leaders.
